Data Deletion
Last updated 27 September 2026
You can have the personal information TradeCommand holds about you deleted. Which route applies depends on how your information reached us.
If you have a TradeCommand account
In the TradeCommand app or at app.tradecommand.com.au, open your profile and choose Delete account. You confirm with your password, and we delete the account straight away.
You can also email privacy@tradecommand.com.au from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm the request, then delete your account and the personal information attached to it within 30 days.
If you are the only owner of a business, deleting your account deletes the business and its records too. If the business has other owners, it continues and only your account is deleted.
If a business entered your details
A trade business that uses TradeCommand may have entered your details as a client or contact, or received a message you sent it. That business controls those records. Ask the business to delete them, or email us and we will pass the request on and confirm the outcome.
If you connected through Facebook or WhatsApp
If you signed in or connected a WhatsApp Business account through Facebook Login, you can remove the connection from your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites. Removing TradeCommand there revokes our access. To delete the data we already hold, email us as above and include the phone number or account name you connected.
What deletion covers
- Your account, name, email address and phone number.
- Messages, files and records attached to your account.
- Access tokens for any service you connected.
We keep records the law requires us to keep, such as tax records, for the period the law sets. Backups expire on their own cycle within 90 days.
Read our Privacy Policy for the full picture of what we collect and why.
